About the Role: As a Business Operations Associate, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:
- Work with lead and stakeholders to provide reports, metrics, analysis; and drive actions that support meet their headcount, chargeability, and financial targets.
- Monitor headcount growth actuals vs forecast.
- Provide analysis on headcount change.
Minimum Qualifications
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- College graduate of any course
- With at least 6 months of work experience
- With good communication skills
- With knowledge in MS office application
- Amenable to work in Quezon City.
