Responsible for the end-to-end process of employee learning and development at Harian Kompas to enhance their career journey, by performing the following:
- Collaborating with management to create the Training Need Analysis (TNA) to implement effective development programs
- Identifying the skills and competencies needed by the organization
- Designing silabus and training modules according to the needs
- Collaborating with both external and internal Trainers for the execution of training
- Developing and executing internal training sessions to improve employee skills and capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology with min 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Experienced in designing silabus and competency modules.
- Knowledge of the basics of developing Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Familiar with the basics of developing a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Nice to have basic understanding of Talent Management, such as the nine-box model.
- Soft skills: Communication, collaboration, adaptability, proactiveness, and leadership.
- Up-to-date with media industry trends.
