Warehouse Operations Manager  

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the storage and distribution of natural stone
• Ensure proper handling and storage of delicate items
• Handling General Affairs in the warehouse
• Train new and current field operators to make sure all are at certain standards
• Ensure adherence to warehouse safety procedures and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Drive fully achieved performance targets for all warehouse staff, taking full responsibility for talent management and succession planning within your operations team
• Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business
• Ensure incoming product is recorded accurately and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
• Ensure timely delivery
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize storage capacity.
• Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements
• Degree in S1 or S2 Management or Logistic
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager in a manufacturing industry, preferrably 5-7 yrs in building materials
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and supply chain principles and practices, management software or ERP
• Excellent strategical, problem solving and analytical skill
• Strong leadership and team management skills on the field
• Attention to details and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of supply chain management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
