Job Description
- Work with operations managers, team leads, staff to document existing work flow.
- Document tasks and responsibilities of team members.
- Work with the QA analytics team to maintain a list of reports that track team success metrics, KPIs, frequency of generation and dissemination.
- Work with Process QA managers to document optimized work flow.
- Document and update standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for easy comprehension of process work flows.
Minimum Qualifications
- Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract subject for renewal
- With a degree and/or certifications in Technical Writing, Journalism, Professional Writing, English Teaching, Communication Arts or Mass Communications
- Should have a 1 to 2 years experience as Technical Writer
- With strong analytical skills to understand and write functional documentation for new enhancements.
- Excellent grammatical skills
- Has reliable internet at home
- Willing to work in shifting schedules or graveyard shift
- Able to Work From Home
