Review of all documents supporting financial transactions from AR/AP FAs

Financial statements and monthly reports

Maintaining books

Overall tax-related / accounting consultation
- Coordination with Growth Management on Monthly Rolling Forecast
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date financial records for transmittal to external auditor

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications for this position - Accounting Officer
- Has strong bookkeeping skills (CPA is not required).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Keen attention to details
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work-well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
