- Memimpin tim QA (manual & automation) dalam seluruh proses testing proyek dan produk
- Menyusun test strategy, test plan, dan skenario pengujian
- Memastikan standar QA dijalankan secara konsisten di semua tim
- Menganalisis bug, menjaga kualitas sebelum rilis ke client/produksi
- Bekerja sama dengan tim Developer, PM, BA, dan DevOps
- Mendorong penggunaan tools dan framework automated testing
- Menyusun laporan kualitas dan tren bug ke manajemen
Minimum Qualifications
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di QA, termasuk 2 tahun sebagai QA Lead/Senior QA
- Memiliki pemahaman kuat tentang SDLC, Agile/Scrum, regression testing
- Mampu membuat test case, test plan, dan defect documentation
- Pernah memimpin tim QA dan bekerja lintas tim teknis
- Familiar dengan tools seperti Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Postman, Cypress, dll.
- Komunikatif, detail, dan mampu berpikir kritis
Nilai Plus:
- Pernah menangani proyek product & custom software
- Pengalaman dengan automation testing & CI/CD
- Sertifikasi ISTQB / Agile Testing menjadi nilai plus
