Remote Marketing Specialist  

We are seeking a Remote Marketing Specialist to manage customer communications and support sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of AutoCAD, an understanding of construction terminology, and the ability to read and interpret project documents. Although the primary focus will be on marketing and client interactions, having a technical background is an advantage for effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant product information.
• Support marketing activities, including social media, content creation, and campaigns.
• Read and interpret project drawings to understand client requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop proposals.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries and maintaining relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and project documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a marketing or technical support role.
• Knowledge of the railing or construction industry is an advantage.
