Job Description
- Responsible for the development and implementation of effective marketing and corporate communication strategies to ensure maximum leverage of strategic marketing and branding executions.
- Effectively manages internal and external communication channels and messaging by creating a variety of corporate written materials.
- Provides directional support in the proper implementation of events marketing. End to end management of activities such as product launches, media covered turnovers, trade events among others.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external partners, vendors, third party intermediaries, clients and stakeholders to provide an Isuzu branded experience.
- Analyzes performance data of initiatives, compiles metrics and reports result quarterly and as needed.
- Assists in budget planning and monitoring, forecasting, and planning for Corporate Communications Section.
- Leads a team of diverse individuals in the execution of events and projects. Oversees activities of the group and provides constructive performance evaluation of each team member.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Mass Communication, Communication Arts, Public Relations or any related course.
- With at least 10 years of proven work experience in Public Relations and events management (e.g., product launch; trade events, etc.); experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Has a strong background in developing content for corporate materials (e.g., press releases, announcements, newsletters, etc.)
- With at least 5 years leadership and supervisory experience.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to handle and prioritize multiple events and campaigns.
- With an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
