Growth Intern  

Looking for a sharp, proactive, and data-driven Growth Intern to help build and scale Kalibrr's B2B growth engine. In this role, you will sit at the unique intersection of campaign execution, strategic partnership management, and funnel analytics. You will assist in driving top-of-funnel awareness through multi-month university and industry alliance programs , while simultaneously analyzing pipeline performance to help transition marketing-qualified prospects into sales-ready opportunities. This is an immersive, hands-on opportunity to master B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) marketing frameworks from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Management: Help coordinate and run our university partnerships and undergraduate competitions.
2. Campaign Tracking: Manage and update project timelines to make sure all marketing campaigns stay on track.
3. Market Research: Gather data and compile research for our industry reports and thought leadership assets.
4. Funnel Analytics: Monitor our incoming leads and track how prospects move from initial interest to sales-ready opportunities.

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Communications, Economics, or a closely related field.
• Project Management Skills: Exceptional organization with a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, spreadsheets, and operational calendars effectively.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable reaching out to and professionalizing interactions with external partners.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Must be willing to commit for 6 months
