Job Description

Kami sedang mencari kandidat Business Application Support yang terbiasa menangani aplikasi bisnis, memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat report menggunakan SQL Query dan Crystal Report, serta mampu bekerja sama dengan tim lintas fungsi.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Menangani support harian untuk berbagai aplikasi internal (termasuk instalasi, konfigurasi, otorisasi user, troubleshooting ringan).
Menyusun dan mengelola report bisnis menggunakan Crystal Report.
Membuat dan menjalankan SQL Query untuk kebutuhan analisis data & permintaan user.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim pengembangan dan end user untuk menyelesaikan masalah terkait sistem/aplikasi.
Melakukan dokumentasi proses dan hasil troubleshooting/report.
Membantu proses maintenance atau implementasi aplikasi baru bila diperlukan.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirement:

Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman dengan bidang yang sama
Pengalaman membuat dan menjalankan SQL Query (Oracle/MSSQL).
Pernah menggunakan Crystal Report untuk membuat/memodifikasi laporan.
Pengalaman menangani support aplikasi (jenis aplikasi fleksibel, tidak harus SAP).
