Minimum Qualifications

This posting is for Phoenix / Amathea - a sister company of OTSI.

To be successful in this role, you should

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Library Science, Marketing, or Communications
  • Have experience in the education industry as a teacher, librarian, or PRO.
  • Possess good communication and presentation skills
  • Be attentive to details
  • Have a passion for helping others learn and grow
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Be able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Have a passion for helping others learn and grow
  • Willing to work in Region I or Region II or CAR

We specialize in paralegal services that include drafting legal documents, legal research, client interviews, appointment setting, case monitoring and case management. We also have administrative assistant roles with tasks that include inbound client maintenance calls, outbound service calls, maintenance ticket monitoring, rent roll maintenance and video surveillance review.
