- Manage attorney and office calendars
- Schedule court appearances, meetings, and deadlines
- Track appointments and follow-ups
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Take messages and route calls appropriately
- Send reminder emails and communications
- Maintain spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Dependable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Prior administrative, customer service, or legal support experience is a plus

We also have administrative assistant roles with tasks that include inbound client maintenance calls, outbound service calls, maintenance ticket monitoring, rent roll maintenance and video surveillance review.
