1. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university

Minimum Qualifications
1. Dive into the code base in your very first day of employment
2. Work on high-impact projects, mobile, and our internal tooling, and help build the future OY!
3. Write clean, maintainable and high-performance code
4. Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale backend application (e.g. well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms)
5. Continually grow both professionally and personally through various learning and development opportunities
