- Prepare a complete project plan, including project schedules, deliverables, personnel plans, deployment plans, change management, and assist with project planning;
- Prepare Kick-Off Meetings and manage expectations from relevant users;
- Manage the project team to plan the project to meet the agreed timeline, scope, and cost;
- Manage issues and risks across the project;
- Prepare project status reports and ad hoc project reports as required by BPUI;
- Prepare the Project Implementation Report (PIR) after go-live;
- Ensure all project documents are completed in accordance with applicable BPUI procedures;
- Perform all tasks in accordance with all BPUI policies and procedures;
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum > 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
- Able to collaborate with the business team to prepare business case plans and obtain approval from relevant users;
- Able to coordinate with relevant teams to gather and finalize business requirements;
- Have experience working in the finance industry
- Full WFO in Jakarta
- Willing to work in the finance industry (Insurance, banking, etc.)
