Internal Auditor  

1. Internal Control Evaluation:

• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identify weaknesses in internal control systems and recommend improvements to reduce risks.

2. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify financial, operational, and compliance risks.

3. Audit Planning & Execution: Conduct audits of financial, operational, and IT systems to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

4. Compliance and Regulatory Review: Review compliance with company policies and procedures.

5. Reporting & Documentation: Document audit procedures, testing, and results in accordance with internal standards.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Management
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of internal audit experience, or equivalent in financial auditing or risk management
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns and issues, and make informed recommendations.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying potential issues and risks and developing practical solutions.
