- Ensuring the timely preparation and distribution of the Layanan Sepenuh Hati bulletin series to all branches to promote service culture alignment.
- Coordinating and monitoring service quality initiatives such as Mystery Shopping, Mystery Phone, and branch visits to assess and support the implementation of service improvement programs.
- Maintaining an effective documentation system for the division, including all records related to secretarial and administrative functions.
- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of service performance evaluation reports from regional and branch offices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or other relevant fields
- Proven experience in customer experience, service quality, or customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical thinking
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
