- Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Work with the development team to create detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Participate in product design, development, testing, and launch activities.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in creating product documentation, training materials, and marketing content.
- Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and product management tools (e.g., Aha!, Product board).
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with high integrity and professionalism.
