- Handle minimum 100/month query via chat and email with target first response time <5minute.
- Manage CSAT 85%
- Shifting 40hrs/week, 8 hours/day with 2 schedule (shift 1 09:00-18:00 and shift 2 13:00-22:00)
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have private laptop
- Minimum of 1 Year Experience in Customer Service field, especially in e-commerce industry
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken [English (B2)/Indonesian].
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure.
