- Facilitate the end-to-end screening and hiring process all the way to the onboarding of a new team member.
- Facilitate the resignation or termination process of a new teammate.
- Facilitate the orientation and training of new team members.
- Manage, update and maintain the human resource database.
- Update and maintain team member benefits, status and similar records.
- Assist with Payroll processing.
- Attend cases related to human resources.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or administrative work (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered).
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll support, and benefits administration).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Team player with a service-oriented attitude.
