CRM Analyst  

SpectruMed Inc. is preparing to implement the BeatRoute CRM platform across our sales, service, and operations teams.

We need an experienced CRM Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant to lead the requirements gathering, system design, and to work closely with the BeatRoute integrator to ensure a successful implementation.

This is a strategic, high-impact role. Not a data-entry or admin job

You will:

• Lead structured requirements workshops with Sales, Service, Marketing, Inventory, and Management teams
• Map current processes and define improved workflows for CRM
• Produce a complete BRD (Business Requirements Document)
• Create process flow diagrams (current state → future state)
• Define CRM modules, fields, data structure, and user roles
• Document workflows:

Lead → Opportunity → Sales cycle

Field sales visits, tasks, routing

Installed base management (1,500+ machines)

Service ticket lifecycle & spare parts movement

• Translate business needs into CRM configurations
• Prepare UAT (testing) scenarios
• Work directly with BeatRoute integrator to ensure correct build
• Support change management and user onboarding plan

• 3–7+ years experience in CRM implementation or business analysis
• Strong background in Sales CRM or Field-Force CRM (BeatRoute, Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo, Pepperi, or similar)
• Expertise in:

Requirements gathering

Process mapping

Workflow design

• Role/permission modeling
• Reporting & dashboard requirements
• Experience working with developers or integrators
• Ability to challenge unclear requirements and propose better processes
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with distribution, FMCG, pharma, med-tech, or similar industries is a major advantage.

BeatRoute experience is a bonus, not mandatory. The logic is the same as Salesforce/Zoho.

2. Process maps for all key workflows
3. Data schema (entities, fields, relationships)
4. User roles & permission matrix
5. Integration requirement document (if applicable)
6. Implementation roadmap
7. UAT test scripts
8. Weekly alignment reports
