Email Marketing & CRM Assistant  

We are an established Australian kitchenware and homewares retailer looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Assistant (Australian eCommerce Brand) to join our marketing team.

You will help build and send email campaigns to thousands of customers across Australia, working closely with our marketing, design and buying teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing operations, campaign execution and working with data, and wants to grow their career in digital marketing.

With Sign In Bonus: Php 10,000

What you'll do

Email Campaign Execution

• Build and schedule marketing emails using our CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Test campaigns to ensure emails display correctly across devices
• Deploy email campaigns according to our marketing calendar
• Ensure all campaigns are accurate and sent on time
• Work on site Ortigas Pasig office and hybrid upon regularization

Marketing Collaboration

• Work with the marketing, buying and design teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
• Help organise email campaign briefs and scheduling
• Assist in maintaining our marketing campaign calendar

CRM & Automation

• Support the setup and maintenance of automated email workflows
• Assist with customer segmentation and targeting

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly reports on email campaign performance
• Help analyse engagement and campaign results

General Support

• Maintain documentation and marketing calendars
• Assist the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks when required

Skills & Experience

• Strong written and spoken English
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions and processes
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Comfortable working with multiple tasks and deadlines
• Basic marketing, CRM or email marketing experience preferred
