Job Description
- Manage and resolve all billing inquiries from customers and internal teams.
- Process invoices and credit notes accurately and timely.
- Review accounts for discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Identify improvements to billing processes and systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role or in customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in billing/accounting software and Intercom or similar support software.
- Understanding of billing and revenue procedures and best practices
