- Ensures the team produces superior products and provide excellent customer experience
- Responds efficiently to customer issues and complaints
- Implements promotional campaigns and product launches
- Appraises staff performance and provides feedback for improvement
- Ensures team member’s compliance with hygiene, health, sanitation and safety policies and standards
- Ensures store equipment and tools are in good working condition at all times
- Coordinates maintenance, safety and security requirements
- Manages operational costs and identify measures to eliminate wastes
- Prepares and analyzes store performance reports and provides suggestions and proposals to management
- Achieves sales and other performance targets/budgets
- Leads, motivates and encourages team towards achieving store targets
- Prepares crew scheduling and other manpower related reports
- Recruits, trains and develops staff
- Maintains harmonious work environment for the team
- Implements company policies and procedures and upholds the company’s culture and values
- Ensures compliance to national and local regulations
- Establish good relationships with the local community
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any
Culinary or any Business Course - Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant or fast food production
- Knowledgeable on Online ordering and POS principle
- Knowledgeable and committed to implementing HACCP / Public Health standards
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
