As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll help turn interested leads into happy UTAK POS clients. From product demos to follow-ups and closing deals, you’ll guide business owners through the sales journey while showing them how our solutions can support and grow their operations. If you’re driven by targets, enjoy fast-paced conversations, and love helping businesses succeed, this role puts you right at the front of our growth.
- Run Product Demos: You’ll deliver engaging and persuasive product presentations over Zoom tailored to each client’s business needs.
- Guide Sales Conversations: You’ll handle objections confidently, answer questions clearly, and move leads closer toward conversion.
- Lead Follow-Ups: You’ll consistently follow up through calls, chats, and messages to keep leads engaged and moving through the pipeline.
- Lead Nurturing: You’ll provide timely information, support, and guidance to help potential clients make informed decisions.
- Close Deals: You’ll convert qualified leads into paying customers while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Building: You’ll build strong and positive relationships with clients from first interaction through onboarding.
- Client Onboarding Support: You’ll help ensure a smooth transition for new clients as they begin using the platform.
- Communicate Product Value: You’ll clearly explain how UTAK POS solves real business problems and supports day-to-day operations.
- Problem Solving: You’ll respond to inquiries and concerns with practical and timely solutions that create a positive customer experience.
- Pipeline Management: You’ll maintain accurate lead records, track interactions, and keep your sales pipeline organized and updated.
- Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the team to improve sales strategies, messaging, and overall performance.
