Job Description

Do you enjoy closing deals, building relationships, and speaking with business owners and decision-makers? Are you someone who thrives on hitting targets, winning partnerships, and turning conversations into long-term business growth?

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll lead the full sales journey for multi-branch and enterprise-level brands, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing. You’ll play a key role in expanding UTAK POS by building strong partnerships, driving consistent acquisitions, and helping businesses find solutions that improve their operations.

  • Partnership Acquisition: You’ll secure new brand partnerships by reaching out to franchisors, franchisees, and other multi-branch businesses.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: You’ll actively research and connect with potential partners through calls, emails, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Pipeline Management: You’ll build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value leads to ensure steady conversion and partnership growth.
  • End-to-End Sales: You’ll handle the full sales cycle, from pitching and presentations to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
  • Solution Selling: You’ll understand each client’s needs and tailor solutions that fit their operations and business goals.
  • Relationship Building: You’ll nurture long-term partnerships by building trust, maintaining engagement, and supporting key accounts.
  • Client Advisory: You’ll act as a trusted partner to clients by providing guidance, support, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Strategic Initiatives: You’ll support projects, campaigns, and initiatives related to brand acquisition and business growth.
  • Team Contribution: You’ll share effective pitching, negotiation, and closing techniques to help strengthen the team’s overall performance.
  • Performance Tracking: You’ll monitor acquisition results, analyze performance, and recommend ways to improve strategies and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong Closer: You’re confident in pitching, negotiating, and turning opportunities into signed partnerships.
  • Relationship-Driven: You know how to build trust with business owners, decision-makers, and long-term partners.
  • Sales Experienced: You have experience in partnerships, business development, account management, B2B sales, or similar roles.
  • Results-Oriented: You’re motivated by targets, growth, and consistently delivering strong acquisition results.
  • Strategic Thinker: You know how to manage pipelines, prioritize opportunities, and approach deals with a clear strategy.
  • Excellent Communicator: You’re comfortable presenting ideas, leading conversations, and communicating with stakeholders professionally.
  • Adaptable & Proactive: You take initiative, move quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Collaborative: You enjoy contributing to team growth and sharing techniques that help improve overall performance.
  • Business-Minded: You understand client pain points and know how to position solutions that create real value.

Note: Salary is negotiable.
