Job Description

  • Guide and assist clients in submitting necessary documents for BIR permit processing
  • Act as the liaison between clients and BIR, facilitating smooth communication and timely processing
  • Manage follow-ups with BIR and clients, ensuring swift and accurate processing
  • Address client inquiries and concerns related to permit processing
  • Update and maintain trackers for accurate record-keeping
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients' BIR-related concerns
  • Cultivate relationships with various mall point persons for strategic expansion
  • Collaborate with key contacts for mall hook-ups, including IT and mall teams
  • Process incoming mall hook-ups and accreditations efficiently
  • Support clients in their usage of the POS system within mall premises, addressing concerns as needed
  • Ensure compliance with mall regulations and requirements
  • Foster effective communication between UTAK POS and mall stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth of UTAK's accreditation in multiple malls

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in business, communication, compliance, processing, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving concerns
  • Comfortable handling calls and corresponding through text, email, and chats
  • Previous experience in customer service, compliance, or a related role is preferred
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate records and trackers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions simultaneously
  • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with BIR processes and mall accreditation is advantageous
