Arbitrail MNL is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function, acting as a strategic HR Business Partner, overseeing office management, and championing employee welfare. This role will play a key part in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
Provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
Support organizational change initiatives and drive a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Office Management & Administration
Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment.
Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, facilities, and external services.
Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance with office regulations.
Coordinate office events, meetings, and administrative processes.
Employee Welfare & Engagement
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee well-being and work-life balance.
Drive employee engagement programs, including recognition, wellness, and social events.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and foster a supportive work culture.
Monitor and improve workplace policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR management, including business partnering.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and office administration.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
