Responsibilities:
- Creating clients’ websites that are responsive on both desktop and mobile
- Digital retouching and image editing
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining and manage websites
- Answering website-related inquiries via the ticketing tool
- Communicating encountered issues to the team and Team Lead
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have experience with Squarespace platform and basic to moderate CSS & HTML skills.
- Must work U.S Hours (PST) and help support our U.S client support team and work on updates and maintenance on Squarespace sites we've built for all our clients. We also have a team in Manila that will support and train you but this particular role is to help us while on U.S hours.
- Must have experience building websites from scratch using CMS platform such as Wordpress, Wix or Squarespace
- Basic web design and development skills are a plus
- Must have strong English communication skills both written and oral
- US Real estate experience preferred but not required
- Must be well organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
- Ability to effectively prioritize projects and workloads
System Requirements:
- Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
- MUST have the latest Operating System
- Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
- MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
- A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
- At least 20 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
- Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
- Back up power source
Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard
Rate: starts at PHP 40,000 depends on experience
