Clear is looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to work with our client, an Australia-based firm, a global leader in CTV ad innovation. If you’re passionate about ad tech, data-driven optimization, and cutting-edge digital advertising this is the opportunity for you.
Role and Opportunity
Your new role is to be a key player in the client’s advertising team, where you will optimize digital campaigns, troubleshoot ad-serving issues, and drive performance through data-driven insights. This is your chance to work with a global leader in ad tech, where your expertise in SpringServe and ad operations will directly impact the success of high-profile campaigns.
Purpose
As an Ads Operations Specialist, you will:
- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to maximize performance.
- Troubleshoot ad-serving issues, including tags, creatives, and tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Essential Experience
- Experience with SpringServe is a must
- At least 3 years of experience in ad operations or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and other ad tech tools.
