We are looking for a Meta Ads Strategist who keeps up with recent platform changes, trends, and best practices and can act as a thought partner. You won’t build campaigns - the focus is helping interpret data, spot issues quickly, and recommend smart adjustments.

• Review performance and help identify the real reasons behind results.
• Recommend practical changes to structure, creative direction, audiences, and budgets.
• Bring clear guidance based on what’s currently working on the platform, not outdated approaches.
• Help evaluate new ideas before they’re rolled out.
• Share relevant updates or shifts in Meta Ads that matter to performance.

• You stay up-to-date on recent Meta Ads updates and common winning approaches.
• You can explain things simply and back your recommendations with logic.
• You’re good at diagnosing issues and giving direction that’s actionable, not theoretical.
