Community Manager  

As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a strong, engaged community around Podcast Network Asia’s brand. You will be responsible for creating meaningful interactions with our audience across various digital platforms, including social media, forums, and events. Your efforts will help foster loyalty and growth for the podcast network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community on social media platforms, forums, and other channels to build brand loyalty and maintain positive relationships.
• Content Creation: Develop and share compelling content (posts, blogs, videos, etc.) that resonates with the audience and drives interaction.
• Event Management: Organize online and offline events, webinars, and podcasts to engage and grow the community.
• Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, provide support, and gather feedback from community members to improve the user experience.
• Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador and ensure the brand voice remains consistent across platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., marketing, creative, sales) to support the development of content and campaigns that align with the community’s interests.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community management or digital marketing. Prior experience with podcasting or the entertainment industry is a plus.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to address and resolve challenges or conflicts within the community.
