Telemarketing Agent | Makati  

MedGrocer partners with numerous pharma companies and employers to enhance the health of over one million Filipinos annually through our medicine programs, telehealth services, and onsite medical staff.

As a Telemarketing Agent, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, helping patients understand their healthcare benefits and enrolling them in disease management programs. You will also work with cross-functional teams to facilitate a seamless patient experience.

You will be required to meet call quotas in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls:
  • Educate patients about their healthcare benefits and inform patients about the disease management program requirements
  • Facilitate patient enrollment, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders
• Inbound Calls:
  • Address patients’ inquiries via call, SMS, and email
  • Work with different teams to follow through on patient requests
  • Update patient records accurately

• Able to work onsite in Makati;
