Job Description

Join our early-stage startup as a Technical Team Lead to shape our platform and turn our bold vision into reality.

Responsibilities:

Translate the company’s vision into robust, scalable, and innovative software solutions.
Lead our core platform's design, development, and deployment while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Build, inspire and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Establish and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, security and DevOps for a strong technical foundation.
Balance hands-on coding with strategic technical leadership to establish rapid product development and iteration.

Minimum Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

At least 5 years of proven experience as a full-stack engineer or technical lead in a startup or high-growth environment.
Expertise in (or strong familiarity with):
- Frontend: Vue.js, Next.js, and similar modern JavaScript frameworks
- Backend: Node.js, Express, or equivalent server-side technologies
- Database & Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Hasura, NHost, or similar relational and GraphQL-based platforms
- Authentication: Clerk, or comparable auth services
- DevOps & Deployment: Git, Vercel, CI/CD Pipelines, and related tooling
