DevOps  

-Maintain and optimize Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
-Manage and monitor on-prem servers, ensuring 99.9% uptime and disaster recovery readiness.
-Configure and fine-tune F5 load balancing for high availability.
-Implement monitoring & logging solutions (OpenTelemetry/Grafana/Prometheus).
-Perform security patching, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks.
-Collaborate with developers to improve deployment processes (blue-green/canary).
-Participate in disaster recovery drills and capacity planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
-3+ years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or SRE roles.
-Strong knowledge of Linux server administration & networking fundamentals.
-Hands-on experience with Jenkins, shell scripting, and version control (Git).
-Experience with build tools (Maven / Gradle, or similar)
-Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
-Familiarity with load balancers (F5) and on-premise infrastructure management.
-Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Ansible/Terraform).
-Understanding of security hardening and compliance standards (preferably banking).
-Fluent in English both speaking and writing

-Experience in banking or fintech applications.
-Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
