- Menerima dan melakukan pencatatan keluhan serta laporan dari pelanggan
- Memonitor, memastikan, mencatat, dan melaporkan perubahan status alarm up & down yang terjadi di semua instrumen aplikasi Network Monitoring System
- Melakukan first level handling problem
- Mengeskalasikan penyelesaian gangguan yang tidak terselesaikan setelah first level handling ke tim terkait, dan melakukan follow up secara berkala setiap 1 jam terkait update status ticket yang sedang berjalan
- Menambah dan menyesuaikan atribut data atau informasi Device pada Network Monitoring Systems
- Menginput data pendukung untuk pembuatan laporan Service Performances Report
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal lulusan SMK Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ)
- Diutamakan memiliki sertifikat MTCNA aktif
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman min 1 tahun pada bidang yang sama
- Bersedia bekerja dalam shift (3 shift), termasuk bekerja di hari libur
- Familiar menggunakan Aplikasi pengolah dokumen (Word, Excel, Spreadsheet dsb)
- Memahami basic jaringan, Perangkat Jaringan, IP Address & Topologi
