Job Description:
- Memimpin dan mengelola proyek dari tahap perencanaan, implementasi, hingga penutupan proyek.
- Menyusun project plan, timeline, scope of work, anggaran, dan alokasi sumber daya proyek.
- Berkoordinasi dengan klien, stakeholder, tim developer, QA, dan tim teknis lainnya untuk memastikan kebutuhan proyek terpenuhi.
- Memastikan proyek berjalan sesuai jadwal, anggaran, dan standar kualitas yang telah ditetapkan.
- Mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengelola risiko proyek serta menyiapkan rencana mitigasinya.
- Memantau progress proyek dan menyampaikan laporan status proyek secara berkala kepada manajemen dan klien.
- Mengelola perubahan kebutuhan (change request) dan memastikan dampaknya terhadap timeline serta biaya proyek terkontrol.
- Memfasilitasi meeting proyek, termasuk kickoff meeting, weekly progress meeting, dan project review.
- Memastikan dokumentasi proyek tersusun dengan baik dan lengkap.
- Mengelola ekspektasi klien serta menjaga hubungan kerja yang profesional selama proyek berlangsung.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Lulusan D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Project Manager, Project Coordinator, atau posisi serupa di perusahaan IT Services/Software House.
- Memahami metodologi project management seperti Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, atau Hybrid.
- Memiliki kemampuan perencanaan, koordinasi, komunikasi, negosiasi, stakeholder management, dan problem solving yang baik.
- Terbiasa menggunakan tools project management seperti Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, atau tools sejenis.
- Mampu menyusun project timeline, laporan proyek, dokumentasi, serta melakukan analisis risiko dan pengambilan keputusan secara efektif.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
- Memiliki karakter yang cekatan, tegas, rapi, detail-oriented, dan terorganisir dalam mengelola proyek serta prioritas pekerjaan.
- Sertifikasi seperti PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), atau sertifikasi terkait menjadi nilai tambah.
