Regional Sales Mining Manager  

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets and growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities within the mining sector and convert them into profitable sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in mining companies, contractors, and industrial clients.
• Lead the sales cycle from prospecting, proposal preparation, tendering, negotiation, to closing.
• Conduct regular site visits to understand client needs and promote solutions accordingly.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions within the region.
