Job Description
1. Addresses all ISO QMS concerns/ needs of TDGI and TDG MCs.
2. Spearheads necessary projects to attain TDGI’s ISO goals and objectives as assigned by the President / Deputy Chief Quality Officer.
3. Conducts training programs for TDGI employees about ISO concepts/ tools/ Quality Policy; orients new employees in ISO concepts/ tools/ Quality Policy and the like.
4. Reports to the President / DCQO all concerns with corresponding evaluation or recommendation/s related to quality initiatives.
5. Leads the identification and initiation of Quality Improvement Projects to address Quality Needs and Objectives of TDGI and TDG MCs.
6. Monitors the progress of QITs to ensure compliance and attainment of desired targets and align it with group-wide objectives.
7. Spearheads the nurturing of the desired Quality Corporate Culture in TDG.
8. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of Industrial Engineering or Management Course

At least five (5) years experience in ISO(QMS), Risk Management, Internal Quality Audit

Background in EMS, ISMS, OHSAS, performance / improvement methodologies, i.e., Six Sigma, PQA Excellence Criteria, Benchmarking, etc.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
