Job Description:
The Solutions Designer serves as the overall technical lead for assigned projects. This role is responsible for translating high-level architectural designs into detailed technical solutions, leading the technical implementation, and ensuring end-to-end system integration and delivery that meets business and operational requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications, IT, or Cloud services.
- Prior experience as a technical lead in solution design or systems integration projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in designing or supporting systems or core processes and functional areas relevant to the vertical or industry to which the role is assigned. This may include, but is not limited to, transaction processing, billing and settlement, order management, user experience platforms, service provisioning, system integration, payment systems, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile/DevOps methodologies
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux, shell scripting, Java, SQL, and cloud fundamentals
- Familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns
- Solid understanding of project delivery frameworks and governance
