Multimedia Content Creator  

As a Multimedia Writer / Content Creator, you will help build and grow the company’s digital presence across social media platforms.

In this role, you will create, write, and execute content from end to end—from developing ideas and concepts to producing and publishing content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging content, shape content direction, and bring creative ideas to life.

Summary

• Write clear, engaging, and relatable content tailored for social media audiences
• Conceptualize and produce short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Facebook)
• Shoot and edit content (mobile or basic production tools are acceptable)
• Translate ideas into execution–from concept and script to final output
• Develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone
• Turn trends, insights, or briefs into compelling content
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) as needed
• Coordinate with internal or external resources for execution when necessary
• Continuously test, learn, and improve content based on performance
• Other related duties as required or assigned

Essentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Journalism, Marketing / Advertising or a related field
• Proven experience in social media content creation, video editing, short-form content production, copywriting, or related freelance content work
• Hands-on and output-driven
• Resourceful and proactive
• Comfortable working in evolving or undefined environments
• Strong sense of content quality and relevance
• Active and immersed in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability
